Nov 21, 2009 POSE Method Running Clinic

This clinic will focus on the POSE Method Style of running. During the clinic you will be vidoetaped, your stride will be analyzed and then you'll be given a series of running drills to practice. This is done with the intention of creating a much more efficient and injury resistive running stride. The clinic will be held at our Pure Austin Fitness Quarry Lake location and will cost $75. Learn the basics of strength training during this 1 hour educational seminar.
During the educational seminar we will focus on the definition of strength
training, terminology associated with strength training, how strength training
benefits the human body, different phases of strength training, how to
incorporate strength training into your off season training schedule and conclude

on the previous. The goal is to teach you a variation of effective movements
