Monthly Cycling Coaching

Level 1 coaching

$150/month - Initiation Fee - No initiation fee for members of Pure Austin Fitness - $75 for non-members of Pure Austin Fitness

Services Included:

  • Initial Consultation and Program Development
  • Access to a Basic Training Peaks Account
  • Training Plan updates every 4 weeks through the use of Training Peaks Software
  • Coaching Plans created with the use of heart rate, power and/ or pace
  • Unlimited email contact with coach responding within 24 hours
  • 2 phone calls per month; coach or client initiated
  • Discounts on sponsor/partner products and events

Level 2 coaching

$275/month - Initiation Fee - No initiation fee for members of Pure Austin Fitness - $75 for non-members of Pure Austin Fitness

Services Included:

  • Initial Consultation and Program Development

Coached In-Person Cycling (Indoor or Outdoor) $75 per hour

Services Included:

  • Pre-planned workout and pre-planned route
  • Pre-ride consultation and post-ride evaluation
  • Specialized Coaching in race tactics, time trialing or general fitness
  • General post-ride flexibility routine
  • General Sample work-out

Video Motion Analysis Bike Fitting with the use of Sports Motion Software $250

Services Included

  • Fit services for road cyclists, triathletes and cyclocross racers
  • Pre-Fit bike and biomechanical evaluation taking into consideration flexibility and limb length discrepancy
  • Video motion analysis that provides instant dynamic rider position and post adjustment comparisons
  • Fore/Aft, saddle height, handle bar tilt, handle bar width, brake lever, and TT bar adjustments
  • Cleat adjustment, wedging and pedal recommendations provided based on varus and valgus foot positions
  • Post-Fit discussion
  • Plan for 1.5 - 2 hours dedicated to the fitting process
