Group Periodization Training Options
Ironman Training Plans
This is the perfect coaching option for the athlete that doesn't need individualized coaching, but would like to have a more structured training plan leading up to their goal Ironman event. The periodization is built in training peaks and each athlete will have their own training peaks account. This means you'll be able to log your progress throughout the entire training cycle. The schedule is provided on a monthly basis. There will be a detailed hand out that goes along with your training plan. The handout will explain the purpose of the training and how to read the workouts. Workouts are driven by pace, heart rate and perceived exertion. Each individual will perform a field test to determine his or her own pace on the run, HR on the run and HR on the bike. A HR monitor is needed to take advantage of this option. The training plans are a stand alone program, but can be used in conjunction with our Team PAC practice schedule. Each plan is 24 weeks in length and should correspond with your goal race. Half Ironman Training Plans
