PAC STRENGTH COACHING
Coached In-Person Strength Sessions:
$75 per hour or purchase 2 hour blocks for $150
- Pre-planned workout tailored to specific strength or sport specific goals (swimming, cycling, running, etc.)
- Pre-strength session consultation and post-strength session evaluation
- Specialized Coaching in adaptation, strength, power, plyometric, rehab or maintenence routines
- General post-strength session flexibility routine
- Electronic copy of workout delivered to you via e-mail post workout.
